WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
My Design unfortunately does not accept returns for change of mind or for any other reason , and the contract cannot be canceled or refunded once design has started.
- In accordance with Article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Exceptions to the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal of products sold in Mi Diseño is not allowed because they are of a supply of tailor-made and clearly personalized goods and services.

If the merchandise is received damaged or broken, the company will send you a replacement product under an express delivery agreement. We only ask that you share an image of the damaged product so that we can share it with our Shipping provider.
How can I arrange for a review or new product to be shipped?
Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll assign you a return authorization (RA) number and give you all the details you need.
What if my printed product arrives damaged?
While we hope this never happens, if you receive damaged or If you have a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so that we can help you personally and solve your problem as quickly as possible.
